Enough food for Christening?

we are having about 45 people, which includes 3 little kids.

6ft hero
1 full tray baked ziti
1 full tray chicken parm
1 full tray eggplant parm
100 buffalo wings
3 dozen rolls
4 lbs italian pasta salad

If the full trays you by the really long ones then I think you have enough. I would also do a regular salad and put dressing on the side.

I would add a dozen more rolls, a tossed salad and a tray of stuffed shells; just to be on the safe side. You may also want to roast a couple chicken/turkey and carve them at room temp. I rather have too much food then not enough.

What you have sounds yummy, what time should we be there?Chat Icon

What I have is a package deal from a local meat store we always order from. There food is always very very yummy!!!

I thought 36 rolls was an odd number when the package is suppose to be for 45-50.
