what time does the actual show start? i'm assuming the first hour is interviews with the cast?

I think the 1st hour is favorite moments from the last 15 years, and then the actual last show starts at 9.

I'm so sad, this is my favorite show of all time

There are no spoilers in my post...

I'm watching this retrospective show, and it's really making me miss the show. I stopped watching many years ago but man... this is making me wish I'd kept watching. I'd forgotten how good it was!!

I actually was burned out on medical shows for awhile after... Even when I started watch Grey's (when they did the ep after the Super Bowl) i didn't really want to get into a medical show again! (Good thing Grey's is more soap than meds!! )

I am so sad I have so many memories of places I lived while ER was on. I lived in Chicago at one point during this and felt a real connection to ER at the time. DD better be in bed by 9!!

It is weird to think the show started when I was 9 or 10. I remember people talking about it in middle school. Really is the end of an era! I didn't watch it much, but saw tonights episode, it really was a great show!

I am so sad that it's over. I was so happy to see so many familiar faces. I was waiting to see if Benton was going to be there with a certain someone! My mom and I were talking about that weeks ago. I can't believe it! I was almost in tears over that alone!!

I watched this show from the very beginning. When I started planning my wedding I lost track of it.

After watching last nights episode I don't understand why I stopped watching. I

It was great to see familiar faces...I wish I had seen the George Clooney episode.

I cried when I heard the full theme song playing at the end of the epsidoe and they panned out to show the hospital in full...corny I know

SOOOOOOO disappointed....Did Cate get the baby? What happened with the woman with the new heart and her kid? Where was Archie fiancee? They just dropped those story lines....helloooooo???? They were the main focus of the last 4 episodes and you just drop them?? I understand being symoblic with Dr. Greene's daughter with Carter saying are you coming Dr. Greene?....and trying to mirror the first episode with the baby....playing basketball.......blah blah blah....symbolic rubbish if you ask me..LOL........ They never tell you what happened between Kem and Carter...she was there for like a second and vanished...here you husband just had a freakken kidney transplant and you can't even stick around to see how he is doing???

I wonder if they are going to have a spin off to the show where Dr. Greene's daughter is going to be a Dr in an ER.

So needless to say I think they could have done better.......

I really enjoyed it! As a long time watcher, I enjoyed seeing the old familiar faces- the nurses you hadn't seen in ages. And I totaly recognized Dr. Greene's daughter when she walked in.

This episode was what I loved about the show. It wasn't about tying up loose ends for the recent story lines. It was showign that life did and will go on for the people who come through the place. To me, it was an homage to the long term watchers. Showing some oldies, some new ones, and some potential new ones. Carter's marriage wasn't tied up in a bow. Corday and Benton didn't hook up. Its was never like some other shows where the episode focused on one issue and resolved it.
