what type of ethnice recipes?
If you good a certain type I am sure you can pull up some websites with info ... also foodtv.com has some.
DH and I are always trying new recipes - Morrocan, Tanzanian, Japanese, Chinese, Southern, etc ... a lot of times I google and find a lot of ethnic websites and start there.

I got DH "Cooking Around the World For Dummies" - it covers Mexican, Italian, French, Greek/Middle Eastern, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Thai recipes/ways to cook.
edited b/c I listed Italian twice and forgot Indian.
