Has anyone seen this new HBO show yet? I watched the pilot last night. It was hard to watch at times, but simultaneously I was pulled in.

I wanted to watch it, but decided against it because it just seems way too dark. Zendaya posted a warning about how graphic and dark it can be at times, so that was my official confirmation to skip it.
I don't need that kind of stuff in my life right now. I am trying to just see the positives in a world that has way to much negative lately.

After the first two episodes I was going to quit. It was slow for me. I can’t explain
But then I decided to stick with it and I’m so glad I did. Liked 3 and 4 so much and excited for the rest

I thought it was awful, I couldn't even get through the first episode. I found it dull and boring.

I thought it was wild and insane (almost too much so) -- also the way it is shot is interesting. I definitely didnt find it boring lol

I'm glad I kept watching the 2nd and 3rd episode, even though I didn't really like episode 1. I also rewatched episode one and realized I missed a lot of important context and that's why i was confused. the next few episodes were interesting to say the least... I just finished episode 5 though, so I'm still a little behind.

So Jules wearing that angel costume at the halloween party was creepy -- total claire danes from romeo and juliet. Do you think they are foreshadowing to a tragic ending for jules and rue? Part of me has thought that rue has been dead all along and narrating the past because of that. how else would she know everything she is saying?
ahhhh i cant believe it is only an 8 episode series. i feel like rue is going to blow everything up in the next 2 episodes and everything about cal and his son will come to the surface.

I absolutely agree with your thoughts on Jules!
I’m so hooked on this show! It took me an episode or 2 to get into and now I can’t wait for the next one!
I also think it’s pretty clear the girl is pregnant (I forget her name)
I’m hoping Rue stays clean and I love her dealer lol
I’m worried about her sister, what’s going to happen when Rue isn’t there to stop her
With only 8 episodes I have a feeling my questions won’t be answered

Did everyone watch the latest episode on Sunday? Only 1 more left!
Who do you think Kat is getting all that money from? Do we think it is Nate? If so he has a lot of time on his hands to find everyones weak spots.
And OMG so sad for Fezco. Just when that drug dealer forced him to take more product the cops come in. F Nate!
