The "Telenovela" star is set to tie the knot with Jose Antonio Baston
She announced the happy news on Instagram on Sunday.
Ummmm so this happened....#Engaged #Dubai #Happiness," Eva, 40, captioned a photo showing her kissing her now-fiance.
Eva began dating the businessman in 2013.
She was previously married to actor Tyler Christopher from 2002-2004, and to Tony Parker from 2007-2011.

Jose - full name Jose Antonio Baston Patino - is the director and president of Television and Contents at Televisa, the largest mass media company in Latin America.
The businessman, nicknamed 'Pepe' reportedly wooed Eva like 'real gent'.

Yes looks like it. I think other stones are starting to become more popular for engagement rings. I know my brother's fiancee requested a sapphire engagement ring (which he bought her).

I have a sapphire and diamond engagement ring! I get a ton of compliments on it. I actually requested it too.
Jessica simpson and I think her sister both have ruby engagement rings
