Ever crave a food so bad...
that you will go to any lengths to get it?
DH and I just went out at 10 and searched 3 supermarkets for cream cheese filled pretzels....no luck so then we emailed to company to find out where they sell them!!!
Are we totally insane???????

OMG!! As a teenager, I used ride my bike at all hours of the night to go to Taco Bell w/ my sister!! HAD to have a Chicken BLT soft Taco!

No ... you're not insane. I drove to three different Waldbaums today to find Edy's Cherry Chocolate Chip Slow Turned Ice Cream. I just HAD to have it.

I made DH pick me up at a train station I usually do not go to so that I could have sweet potato fries

So funny, I can't get enough sauteed spinach. I eat it about once a day, it's definitely a pregnancy craving!

That is so funny!
Only 1 times this happened to me. Aunt Flow stopped by for a visit a few years ago and DH and I were dating at the time. I had a HUGE craving for a Caramello and DH went to a bunch of places and he said he could not find it. He called me on his cell phone and told me he went to a few places and could not find it. I told him he better not come home without it (thinking about that now I can't believe that I did that to him). About 20 minutes later he was home with 10 of them. It was difficult for him to find because at the time we did not live by a 7-11 (which I know for a fact carries them because I get them there all the time), so he went to a couple of gas stations and supermarkets and could not find it. He finally drove to the 7-11 by my parents house because he knew it was going to be there. I can't believe that I did that to him and that he hung around with me after that. I have never had a craving like that again though.

When I was pregnant I only had a craving once..for a grilled chicken sandwich. I made my husband drive all over the Mineola/Carle Place area looking for a deli that had it. It had to be on a roll with mayo and lettuce and tomato. I felt so bad!
