Ever feel bummed..
when you make something for dinner and it just didn't come out right.
This is how I felt last night. DH left most of his meal. I was bummed. I don't know why this bothers me soo much but it does. I like it when he compliments my cooking. I feel good. Last night wasn't one of those nights.

Absolutely. The one rule in my home is that DH needs to taste everything. If he doesn't like it, we order pizza. There have definitely been a few times we've ordered pizza and thrown stuff out, lol. It's very upsetting when that happens, especially when it was a lot of work and a lot of time to make.

Absolutely! I made chicken cutlets once and for some reason, the breading came off of some of the cutlets when I picked them up. Definitely was not happy...good thing I had kickboxing that night!!

DH almost always compliments my cooking, the one or two times that he doesn't, I feel like let him down.. I know I feel like a total bum. So totally understand..

Thanks. Glad I am not the only one. I just feel like re-making that dish again that's how bummed I felt. Next time I make it I will make sure I get it right!

all.the.time. I made chicken last week that sounded good in theory but tasted terrible. Last night, I made this casserole thing I inteded to have for dinner tonight and a couple of lunches that I don't even want to eat.
