Ever have a dinner plate chip at the bottom?

NOT my China, but my everyday dinnerware. Crate and Barrel, Maison set. I think I chipped two in the dishwasher! Thank goodness they are open stock and I ordered 2 to replace it; I'm just annoyed that in two years I already had to order more. Anyone chip a plate?! (the bottom part, the ridge that circles around if that makes sense!)

It's happened to at least 1 or 2 out of every set I've ever had. As long as the edges aren't sharp, I don't worry about it--no one will ever see it. It's annoying, though.

One is sharp...and I'm too anal to leave it be. I HAD to order two replacements! Chat Icon

A number of my dishes are starting to chip too. I just leave them. I'd like to get a new set soon though.

Yep, just bought a replacement one yesterday at the Corelle outlet for one that was chipped.
