ever have a dream

that just hits home or emotionally effs you up so much. all you can do is think about it and cry? i'm really having a hard time after a nightmare i had about my dog last night and everytime i look at her i keep crying. i woke up hyperventilating and i'm just emotionally like scarred from it :( am i the only crazy one? i just wish i didn't remember it so i can move on with my day

I have had them where I have all type of emotions. I have extremely vivid dreams. Sometimes I will wake myself up because I am crying over something... Or wake up angry because someone hurt me. Or wake up with a celeb crush I never knew I had before. Unfortunately, I haven't had those in a while... But I will think about it all day

Yes. I try to take a nap so I can awake again. That is usually the only way I can get it out of my head.

I have dreams all the time that affect me in real life.. I've found myself mad at DH and family members when I have woken up!!

haha i don't know if it's because i'm pregnant but my dreams are always so crazy and very vivid. i've had a lot of dreams where DH cheats on me, i wake up and smack him haha. he always gets mad at me. i've always had crazy dreams but they're like 100 times worse now that i'm pregnant. and in the beginning of my pregnancy, i always had um dreams about celebrities. even ones i never thought were that attractive but after the dream, i'm totally crushing on them hard! it's rather funny. but last night's dream was just horrendous. a huge bear sized dog came into my yard and tore my pitbull to pieces in front of my eyes. the skin on her neck was flapping off, she was limping and crying and it was just horrible. i can't even think about it without getting nauseous and upset.
