Ever make multiple offers at the same time?
We have three houses that we want to make offers on, none of them are in great danger of being snatched up.
DH wants to make offers at the same time. Only two of them are realistic for our price range.
I feel strange about it though because if we get more than one accepted offers, then we'll have to let one of them down.
Would you put offers on all of them, or go with the first choice, second choice then the third choice?

we did them back to back, but not at exactly the same time. We were making crazy lowball offers in the hottest part of the market so we'd get declined quickly & go right to the next house.

Make any off you want, we made multiple offers all the time, one time I actually had an offer accepted and took a second look at the house and took my offer back. You are under no obligation until contract.

Make as many offers as you want, whenever you want. Don't be afriad to be aggressive and good luck!

we made two offers and had two inspections and then chose one.
