Ever realize when watching the wheather
On the news and they have like 5 people to speak (2 inside 3 outside) the make the 2 inside go first and the other 3 get hypothermia outside?

They only go outside during their report - they stay in the van otherwise. It is the poor camera operators that are outside the longest.

Also, have you noticed that if they've been forecasting a huge storm for a week, and it turns out to be nothing, they'll send a reporter, or a team, somewhere north until they find snow, then report from there....
