Ever since I told my boss I was expecting...
she has not been the same towards me  I sense attitude I understand her concerns that two people will be out at the same time (another girl in my dept is also pg) but that is not my fault so don't take it out on me. I feel under appreciated as it is at this place, this just puts a cherry on top.
Thanks, just needed to vent that out.

I feel your pain. My job stinks too. They are trying to be mean to me, but at the same point, they don't know what to do with me because they've never had a pregnant woman before.

I totally feel your pain. My one boss is a old school male jerk and my woman boss can't deal with anyone in the office being happy if she isn't (which she currently isn't)

I feel your pain. My work has given me grief since I am PG.
One of my co-worker has been sick or whatever she calls her multiple reasons for being out all the time (I stopped counting the reasons... too many!) and finally went on FMLA about 1 year ago.
When I first got PG, I was so exhausted and so much pain with my round ligament that they dared told me I was "disruptive" to the business because I took longer lunches to take naps. While I am using my vacation time to do it and with a dr. note.

As hard as it is, I would not let her attitude bother you. You are 100% correct: it is NOT your problem you and someone else are having babies at the same time. It is HER problem for being too self-centered to see this as a happy time.
Unfortunately I have experienced this somewhat at work as well. Not from my boss but from some of the people who report to me. I guess some people see maternity leave as several months of vacation. Also, I really have seen that some people can't be happy for other people, no matter what. Whether it be jealousy on their part or whatever else, it stinks.
What you have to remember is this: it's just a job and does not matter at ALL in the grand scheme of things. You are having a baby! When you start getting annoyed, try to focus your thoughts on that and all of the happiness your baby will bring you.

I feel the same way about my job but I thought it was b/c he was a man and had no consideration. Can't believe a woman boss wouldnt be more understanding.

I actually think my woman boss is worse! My male boss stays away from me, but she is almost resentful of me and we were friendly before and now she won't even speak to me unless it is work related.
