Every try to make something and it just $ucks!
This was me last night...Took me three tries to make this damn cannoli cake...What a PIA!!! I was in tears last nigh

Well I didn't realize that invert meant turn over....it totally shrunk What a PIA this thing was...but I made it doesn't look like the stupid pic though

They have professionals that make it look the best it can so that it is appetizing and people buy the books. Look at fast food commercials... have you ever gotten a burger looking that good?
