Everyone keeps saying that I am looking thinner
but honestly, the scale ever goes down! So figgen frustrating and annoying. I do not got o the gym, so I doubt it is muscle that I am gaining. 
I think they are just used to me being fat now

F*** the scale. It's not about a number, it's about how YOU feel and how your clothes feel. Take those compliments and let them inspire you rather than that stupid scale getting you down!

I try not to get on the scale because the same thing happens to me and I get frustrated and give up.

I have always been obsessed with the scale. but a month or two ago, my youngest threw the scale down the stairs and broke it. I decided to not get another one.
I've been doing 25-30 miles a week and my clothes feel a little looser, DH thinks I'm losing...I get on the wii fit and I GAINED 5 pounds!!!
So I'm hoping that it's muscle (but I can't imagine that much) or that it's redistributing?
