Ex ProActiv users...
I am pretty done with ProActiv. I have been using it for about two yrs. I am ready to try something new. What do you use...?
I had a facial on Friday and the esthetician (sp?) agreed. So I am looking for something new.
I am having an Arbonne party in two weeks, but it seems pretty pricey to use the complete home care system all the time,  though I definatey want some of the stuff.

i used murad after proactiv - my husband hated the smell of the sulfur in proactiv. it worked well, though i got occassional break outs here n there. my skin's been pretty good (knock on wood) since getting pregnant

I have never used the whole Acne arbonne system, but I have tried the acne cleanser and face lotion and I have to say that I really liked it. I have super oily skin and the lotion really helped with the shine. once I finish my neutogena, I'm going to use the Arbonne again. Have with your party!!!!

ya know....I haven't really had breakouts at all. My skin has been really good. I just think the PorActiv is not for me anymore.

Since proActiv stopped working for me (it used to work really well) I started using Dermalogica products. They have this gentle cleanser that feels so good on your skin. I rotate it with the Acne cleanser and I use a light moisturizer. I still have problem skin, maybe from being preggo. But if your skin is being good I would try it.

I thought I was ready to graduate from Proactive a few months ago and a friend was having an Arbonne party so I bought the whole system - the one in the orange packaging. It didn't work well at all I broke out and my skin was so red and irritated that I had to return everything.
I now use some Proactive and some Fresh products. I use Fresh Soy Cleanser and their Repair and Restore face cream at night. I use the Proactive moisutrizer during the day and the repairing lotion on any pimples.

I just started using Shiseido products about 2 months ago and it is the best thing I have every used. I have hardly had any pimples at all! I used the Skin Brightening Cleanser and Skin Brightening Toner. My skin is the best it has been in a long time!

Hi Michelle! I am so glad to hear this. I too was going to spend the $ and purchase the whole Arbonne system. I have been using the samples for about 1 wk. and like some of the stuff.

I used ProActiv for a while, but it dried out my skin too much. I had gone for a facial and the lady told me to stop using it. Still don't get how my skin can be oily and dry at the same time 
Well, I now use Philosophy products and really love them!
I do still order the ProActiv oil blotting sheets from QVC - love them - and I have some leftover toner that I still use here and there.

i tried proactiv and it did nothing but dry my skin up. i started going to a dermatologist and ive gotten a few peels and use her cleanser, face cream and a retinol cream and my skin is getting really nice and soft and most importantly even and uncongested!

I think I may have had more success with the Arbonne acne line, but that doesn't have any SPF. It's a good idea to try the samples Paige.

I used ProActiv for at least 5 years. It was fine in my late teens / early 20s but my skin has changed and I just don't need it anymore.
Now I used Mario Badescu products - the Seaweed cleanser in the winter and the Enzyme cleanser in the summer. My skin has never looked better!

I use the Clinique 3-step system. Love it!
I also use the Arbonne exfoliating/thermal mask once a week.

After I stopped using ProActiv I began to use Tea Tree oil facial wash from the Body Shop. I also use the tea tree oil scrub once a week as well as neutrogena on the spot for those pimples that pop up...
I have combo skin so I use neutrogena moisturizer for combination skin. It's very good, not oily at all.
