Ex-Sopranos Star Gets 10 Years in Prison for Attempted Burglary
Former Sopranos star Lillo Brancato Jr. was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison for a botched burglary that killed an off-duty NYC police officer.
A jury had acquitted the 32-year-old actor -- who also starred opposite Robert De Niro in 1993's A Bronx Tale -- in the death of Officer Daniel Enchautegui last month.

Prosecutors said Brancato and an accomplice, Steven Armento, were looking for drugs when they broke into an apartment next door to the officer's home in 2005.
When the officer went to investigate, the accomplice shot him with a .357 Magnum, striking him in the heart.
Armento -- who was convicted of first-degree murder -- was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
