Excercise Equipment - what do you have?
Anyone have an elliptical? Instead of joining a gym I want to purchase an excercise equipment that will work the whole body. Would the elliptical be the best choice?
What do you have and love working out to?

I don't have the elliptical but i use it all the time at the gym. IMO it works our more of your legs than anythng. If you get one that you move your arms along with then it works your legs and arms. If you are looking for a full body workout i would not suggest an elliptical. It is however a great machine for cardio, legs and sometimes arms
