Excited Peeing?
My female boxer, Lucy, is not spayed/neutered. She's never really had a problem before but this week she got SO excited that she peed twice in her crate! She's NEVER peed in her crate before this week. EVER. It was my fault, because I was riling her up to play with one of her chew toys, but like I said, this never happens. Also, it smelled awful. Like really really bad! Otherwise she's fine- happy, energetic, eating and drinking normally, just literally bursting with excitement. Any idea what this could be? I was thinking maybe a UTI? We're going to take her to the vet to be sure, but just curious if anyone had experienced this?

Re: Excited Peeing?
Sounds like a UTI or bladder infection... my Vessa had one (bladder infection)and it did cause her to not be able to hold it in.. and the smell was rank..
Hope Lucy is OK!

Re: Excited Peeing?
When Bruno gets bladder stones this happens sometimes. Hopefully she really was just too excited. Good Luck at the vet!

Re: Excited Peeing?
Thanks! I figured that's what it was. The past two nights she's been good, but we're still heading over there on Sunday anyway.
