Exercise block
i just cancelled my membership at Sky athletic gym in RVC because I am just not using it and it was a waste.
I NEED HELP!!! I know I need to exercise but i dont feel the motivation and I cant find anything I like. I live in RVC, lynbrook,Oceanside. Any suggestions??

Could you be more specific? Is there anything you like? For example, do you prefer outdoor exercise or Pilates?
