Exercise Dvds/Books?

Hi Ladies, Do any of you have a good pregnancy exercise DVD or book you can suggest?

I am specifically looking for something that focuses on the arms...I am not sure which of my pilates arms exercises are still safe to do so I am looking for a new routine!

Thanks so much in advance!

I use my Gazelle which is a no impact cardio workout machine and it works out my whole body. I do it for 30 minutes every day.

Re: Exercise Dvds/Books?

There's not anything specific for your arms that you need to do while pregnant. I did pretty much the same workout while pregnant that I did when I wasn't pregnant, except the further along I got, the more careful I got, and lifted lighter weights.

I bought a Pilates pregnancy DVD, but I only used it a couple of times.

Thank you! I guess I'm just a bit paranoid but I've been worried about doing weights and my pilates arms because I feel like it is pulling at my stomach as well...is there anything I shouldn't be doing? TIA!
