Exercise ideas with my DS?

Okay, I used to exercise alot before I had Gavin, but now it is just not a huge priority. I work 3 days a week and the other 4 days I just want to spend every minute with Gavin.

I want to incorporate exercising somehow with Gavin.

I know I can go walking with Gavin in the stroller and I do use the Babyjorn, but does anyone have any other suggestions?

I swim with DS. I needed him to be able to lift his head before doing this. I put him in a standard floatation tube and push him through the water as I'm kicking. Once my doctors clear me to do full workouts I will be going to the deep end with him in the tube. I will be treading water with him as he floats and giggles around me. He absolutely loves the pool!
