Exercise Videos on Demand - Fios
How do I access the Video On Demand programs on Fios - specifically the exercise ones? I can't seem to locate them.
Can anyone tell me how I can find them on the Fios menu?
I'm pretty sure Fios offers this. Am I wrong? I need to start doing something at home, since there is no way I'll be getting to a gym on a consistent basis.

then:

I do Jillian Michaels mostly Pilates Abs
