Extra jam?

I have two jars of peach-raspberry jam from Briermere...both unopened. I want to use one in a recipe but I'm not sure what to do with it, as I'm not too into baking. Any ideas for a simple dessert I can use this in?

Extra jam?

Cheese danish with fruit.
YUM.
You can find tons of recipes on Pinterest. I found a great one there for cheese danish from scratch, but you can also make it from crescent rolls.

Extra jam?

I would just slice up a pound cake, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the jam

Raspberry Oatmeal bars These are really good and very easy to make.

Other than that, I would maybe try to do one of those baked brie dishes or even just serve it with a nice cheese platter.

I would do your favorite boxed brownie and then swirl some on top before baking.

I did this a few years ago with some jam I had. Brought the brownies into work and I swear EVERY office party we have I get a request for my "homemade brownies".

Re: Extra jam?

Peanut Butter and Jam Puff Pastry Pinwheels - if you're a fan of peanut butter make these! So good!

I've also bought the Pillsbury crescent rolls and put a little bit of peanut butter and jam - or cream cheese and jam - in them before rolling. Bake them how it says on the package. Super simple and yummy!

The brie and jam pastry that a PP mentioned is also really good Here's an easy recipe.
