Extra Stuff Spinoff - Day Care
What extra things would you get if your child will be going to daycare? Like an extra set of bottles, sheets, etc?

A set of sheets, a change of clothes (I'll probably provide a few), diapers, bottles and formula/breast milk. My day care also asks that you bring a box of wipes once a month (for communal use).

Re: Extra Stuff Spinoff - Day Care
In my preschool you need: a mobile of some type extra bedding- atleast 2 crib sheets, 1 for use and 1 for just in case. heavy and light blanket. They ask for extra clothes as well. You can either bring extra outfits, at least 2 a day or have it left there. Bottles need to brought in everyday and sent home everyday but you can leave formula labeled with child name. Diapers and wipes- always good to buy a jumbo pack and leave it there, get the tub of wipes 1st and then use refills, so they dont dry out. They will let you know in advance when you need more.

When they are baby babies we dont do that with the wipes because you never know who is allergic to the wipes. I know places like that so they can wash them up but a wet paper towel with or without soap is better.

Re: Extra Stuff Spinoff - Day Care
This is what I ask parents to bring to my daycare. Extra clothing at least 3 sets including socks and undershirts. Bibs 3-5 a day (I send them home daily along with soiled clothes). Pack n play sheets. 4-6 bottles(I wash and sanatize them daily).Blankets or lovey for older babies. Pacifiers and I really prefer they be attached to a clip. Diapers and wipes either weekly monthly. Ziplock bags once a month (for wet clothing). Formula or Bm everything should be labeled especially bottles formula and bm! A lot of people invest in nice water proof labels.

Re: Extra Stuff Spinoff - Day Care
Check with your daycare because we do not have to bring crib sheets or bibs. Also you done need extra bottle cause you ample them each day and you get the dirty bottles back at the end of the day

Re: Extra Stuff Spinoff - Day Care
Ok, thanks ladies. I was wondering if I needed to register for some extra stuff b/c of daycare, so I'll add some sheets to the list.
