Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I've been using it A LOT lately. do you think it's bad? I know it's one of the better oils, but still. I don't want to make us fat. I love to use it on salads and marinating my veggies. I used to use the Pam spray, but i thought this might be better (health wise)...

I think you are supposed to limit it to 2 tbsp a day.

I use EVOO on EVERYTHING.
Probably because half the stuff I cook is from 30 minute meals

If you want an alternative, EVOO Light is great for salads. It has the same flavor but is a much lighter oil.

I use it every day....I cook with it and pour it over salad a lot. I think it's better than using veggie oil. I use Bertoli EVOO to saute, pan fry, etc....

I use it on everything except for fryine, which I use a blended oil, it's cheaper too.
EVOO should best be used raw, meaning on salads and other things not cooked, so you get the full flavor.

i use it ALOT
dh makes me put seasoning it in and he dips bread in it every day
i try to avoid eating that but its used is EVERY recipe i make-

Mmmmm, this is delicious with nice hot crunchy italian bread.
