Exuma - weather?
Looking to go to Exuma in about a month - early Feb. I want a WARM, beachy vacation. I'm just a little concerned that it will be a bit on the cool side (I know it won't be COLD), not really warm, sit on the beach all day weather. "They" say the weather is usually high 70's - low 80's during the day. Anyone have any info or thoughts on if that is "warm enough"?

Re: Exuma - weather?
No experience with Exuma but if you think about it- Long Island in August isn't any warmer than that and we go to the beach. That should be fine.

friends of ours went there last Feb. break, she said it was very windy. That was her only complaint.

Re: Exuma - weather?
We have been there and also to Grand lucayan on the grand bahamas for past valentines weekends. I only remember it being warm and heavenly with a little breeze. I don't recall any strong winds. I did check the local weather forecast before going. There is a website but it escapes me now. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny plane we took each time. ENJOY!
