Eye Color Question
So it looks like Miranda will have blue eyes but I know they can change color. So my question is if your child's eyes changed color when did that happen? Also could you see them changing or did it just happen overnight one day?

Re: Eye Color Question
I think they say it can happen in the first 6 months, and even the first year???

Re: Eye Color Question
Maddie's were dark brown from the get-go. Joseph went from dark sapphire eyes to gray at about 8 months and are now hazel (gray/green) at about a year.

Re: Eye Color Question
Logan is 6 months and they are still blue, but I have my niece's eyes changed from blue to brown at 1 year.

Re: Eye Color Question
My sons were very blue for a very long time. Both DH and I have very brown eyes so we doubted they would stay (but both our dad's have green so slight chance of light eyes.) I would say around 6-7 months, the started to look less blue. Now at 9 months - they still aren't completely brown. Somedays they look hazel, some days green, some days blue-gray. Now sure how they will end up.

Re: Eye Color Question
As far as the baby book I wrote down the color they were at birth. Her book is a looseleaf binder type and you can add photo pages and scrapbook pages so hopefully I'll keep up with it ovr the years and add in when they change.
Emily's were almost black when born. they were so dark you couldn't tell a color. Now they are getting lighter and are a smokey blue which is like mine, just a bit darker. I'm hoping she ends up with blue eyes. My family has mostly blue eyes but Bill's family is a mix of blue/brown/hazel.
