Eye-opening video about measuring
Okay, I'll be the first to admit that I may overstuff my tablespoons of PB. I didn't realize however that I overestimate other things I measure too...definitely eye-opening!
Accurate calorie counting?

I always do level scoops. But looks like I should be measuring on the scale to be more accurate.
