Face and eyelid primer
I never used a primer before but I think I could use some on my eyes.
My face is normal to dry with some T-zone issues occasionally.
Will an eyelid primer help keep my shadow and liner looking good and smooth?

I just bought the greatest eyelid primer. It's bare minerals and let me tell you it works wonders. My eyeshadow actually stays on ALL day!!

I don't use any kind of primer, but my friend swears by Benefit's "That Gal" brightening face primer.

I use MAC's "Prep + Prime" for my face and I use the MAC paintpots as eyelid primer

I love Laura Gellar's eye spackle. Looks great all day. I just started using the face spackle and it works just as well. She also has one for lips but i domn't wear lipstick so I don't know if it works.

LOL... I just started a thread asking if anyone liked this.
I find that primers do nothing for me.
I try using them- it looks fine, then I stop using them- it looks the same.
Nothing really makes my makeup last any longer or go on any better or cover my huge azz pores better.
I was hoping this one might work!

I have Urban Decay Primer Potion due to the high ratings on makeupalley.com and love it but its runs out fairly quickly. Despite that I would recommend it because my shadow lasted all day with it on.
I just bought Bobbi Brown's Cream Shadow Stick as a primer, I hope it works-it would seemingly be easier to apply + even out my eyelid color.

I use Smashbox photo finish for my face primer and urban decay primer potion for my eye lids

I use this one too and it is the best eye primer I have tried. My shadows stay on all day, I love it.
I also use Smashbox photo finish primer which is great. My foundation goes on smooth and stays on all day.

I use the Urban Decay one also. Now they have a colored one that can be worn alone like an eyeshadow, which I kind of like.

For underneath your eye- I put a little bit of loose powder (I use Bare Minerals Mineral Veil) on a q-tip and dust it right under the liner... keeps it from running off..

I don't usually put liner on top lid but when I do I put a tiny bit of eyesshadow and "smudge" it in a little and that seems to make it stay put.

I use Bobbie Browns Gel Eye Liner and it stays put so much better than any pencil I have used.
If you use a pencil, I found the MAC pencil worked the longest for me.

I swear by this primer. Mind you, I wear an excessive amount of eye makeup that starts off with liquid liner, shadow, pencil, cream, and finally mascara and EVERYTHING stays put all night (and morning). It was also voted a Sephora "must have".
