Face roller

So I bought one bc I see it everywhere now. Those crystal face roller and I LOVE it. WEll, I literally started it last night after a shower and I put my eye cream and face cream on then rolled my face. LOL I felt awesome, but who knows if it does anything.

Any advise? Anyone use these daily? Was told to put in fridge to keep it cool.

I bought one about a month ago! I got the green jade one. I really like it! I use it almost every night. I do the same thing with eye cream & moisturizer & then roll. I watched some YouTube videos on it. They say to start with the neck first to open up the lymph gland (I think that’s the gland?? Lol). Then move up to the face. I haven’t noticed any huge changes, but it feels good! I keep mine in the box it came in, but I read that you can keep it in the fridge too.

A friend just gifted me one a week ago and I use it every night. I got a CoQ10 serum that I applied after cleaning my face and I keep the roller on my bedside table so I use it while watching TV. There are some tutorials and I start with my neck rolling down 10 times on each side, then go up to the chin, cheeks and forehead. I haven't seen any changes but I really like doing that new routine.
