Facebook Question
i used to get emails from facebook when i had a new friend request or message, it suddenly stopped. i checked my yahoo account and it's not blocked. also checked facebook and it is the right email address. has this happened to anyone else?

The same thing happened to me the other day. Somehow all of my notifications got reset to "no". You need to go into redo your notifications.

i'm having the same problem ... and actually, i'm not even getting the notifications on my blackberry fb application.
eta: you were right, it was the same thing -- my notifications were all set to "off" on their own

I think something is up with the FB editing. I went to edit a quote, and when I went back to my profile, all the basic info that I had was now gone (actually set back to the initial settings). I had to go back in and change every setting!

this is exactly what happened! i went into settings, accounts settings and then notifications. all of my notifications were changed to OFF. so that should solve the problem. i don't understand how that happened. like a poster said, there must have been a glitch somewhere on FB
