FAGE YOGURT is 3PTS
The one with the fruit in it. I know the Chobani is 4 so I just thought I'd let ppl know that Fage is less and I happen to like their yogurt a lot too. I bet the plain one is probably 2 pts

Im seeing on the site that the fage 0 is 3 points but with the fruit if its 2 percent its 4 and reg is 6

Its in your pocket guide too for the people that don't have online tools. This is a problem with the manufacturers. They are not required to list sugar alcohol, which is what the hidden points are. You can't trust the label in anything that claims to be sugar free.

My leader was just talking the other day about how some of the points + values are wrong in the book.
WHen I made tacos it was a HUGE difference between what the caluculator told me and what the book told me.

Agreed ...
I thought this was only true for sugar-free items because of the sugar alcohols. What I read seemed to indicate that it did not apply to other items. Does anyone know what's the real answer on this?
