fairy tales Repel conditioning spray?
Just heard of this stuff and tried it. How much do I need to spray on for it to work? If I'm braiding hair, can I just spray it on top after braiding instead of spraying throughout? This stuff is so stinky, maybe because I'm sensitive to smells, but I want to put on enough. We already use trader joe's tea tree shampoo and conditioner.
ETA- I just realized they have a gel. I think I might like that better than the spray. If you spray DC's coat and backpack, do you use the conditioning spray or hair spray?

I spray her hair every day and after her baths as well. I also use their shampoo (don't need the conditioner bc her hair is pretty soft w just the shampoo). If I'm braiding it, I spray it so it dampens it and then braid. Again her hair is braided so that in itself is a deterrent for lice. I randomly spray her coat and backpack but the area where they keep their coats in her class is a disaster so I'm going to start doing it more often!

I use the conditioning spray every day when I do her hair for school. I also wash her hair with tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner. I don't spray her coat or backpack as often I should. Probably about once a week.

I just spray a few squirts concentrating on the back of the neck, behind the ears especially. I would probably skip braids and do ponytails or a bun. I've heard many times that braids are just ladders for lice!

Wouldn't a ponytail be the same though?
Well, ponytails are usually higher on the head, so it's not hanging down on the shoulders or the back. I usually loop our ponytail through once so it's kind of folded in half it that makes sense. That way all that hair isn't dangling!

Yes I hear ya. DD likes to wear her hair up lately anyway- she's on a new kick- so I'm kind of glad!
