Falling asleep at night question..
Ok..Megan is a wonderful sleeper..mainly during the day though. I admit, we really dont have a routine..except for the fact that she eats every 4 hours. During the day she will fall asleep wherever I put her but at night when I try to put her down (which is late still) she doesnt fall asleep on her own. She stays in the bassinet for about 20 minutes and then she starts whining. The only way I can get her to go down is to hold her and lay down with me. I try not to go to her right away but I hate to hear her cry. What should I do? Should I let her whine it out or is it ok that the only way she falls asleep at night is to hold her? I dont want to create a monster..any thoughts?

Re: Falling asleep at night question..
I think she is still young enough that you can hold her until she falls asleep. I didn't start putting DD down without holding her until about 4.5-5 months and she is fine.
