Family friendly restaurant near Westbury music fair
Family friendly restaurant near Westbury music fair (Or whatever it's called these days)
Will be with our 2yo and 3mo and its for my birthday also.
Any suggestions?

Many restaurants around not many too close to the theater.
Closet ones are Franks steaks and a Habachi restaurant.
A few miles away is Broadway mall which has Buffalo wild wings, Boulder creek, On the boarder, and Red Lobster
Also a few miles away in the other direction is Cheesecake, Fridays, Bertucci's, Houlihan's, Buffalo wild wings, Diners, Ruby Tuesdays, California pizza and olive garden

Family friendly restaurant near Westbury music fair
I'd likely go to somewhere on Old Country Road and then go to the theater from there -- cross over Old Country, onto Post Ave, and right where the Westbury LIRR station is, veer left -- it becomes Brush Hollow Road and you can take it straight up. The theater will eventually be on your right hand side. Lots of options like previous poster said. I really like both Thomas' Diner and the Majestic Diner that are right there.

We bring our kids to most restaunts with us...so, Idk if you mean chain places.
We have been once to the Hibachi place on corner of Jericho and brush hollow (very close to theater).

Def not chains. Our kids go everywhere with us but not a stuffy French place is what I meant. Plus it's going to be really early so anywhere should be fine.

DD hit post and then I was called away...
I liked the Hibachi place. It's very close. There is a hotel very near the theater and I think it has a restaurant. Those are the closest.
Milleridge Inn is close and I always think of as a special occasion place, but I don't love the food.

If your children are generally well-behaved in restaurants and you're looking for a nice sit-down and not a loud "kid" place or chain, I'd recommend Tesoro on old country rd in westbury. It's just west of century 21. Nice mix of special occasion and friendly atmosphere.
