Family Fun Day....

So since Leo is working so much and his commute is long, he comes up with these Family Fun days for his days off...
he figures I get out of the house, we see more of NC and surrounding areas..

So we are suppose to be heading to Gatlinburg, TN tomorrow for an overnight trip, now possible rain, so back up is Savannah(I don't know what to do there, the only thing I know is Kevin Kinkirk did Lucy Camden there, hence the daughter's name )

Why does the notion of this exhast me? Pumping bottles, packing, laundry..I feel so old and tired and a little grouchy..

Its so funny to me how quickly we can fill a car full of baby stuff, we put new meaning to the word overpacking

oh so anyway...do you bring your pack and play or should I trust the hotel cribs?

I like to bring my pack n play if I have room in the car.

We went to Savannah, GA last weekend with family and had a great time! In downtown you can take a trolley tour of the city - we used Oglethorpe Trolley tours - and you can board right at the visitors center. It was very informative, a nice way to learn about the city.
Strolled the City Market, they had entertainment outside where you can get a bite to eat (not sure if the music was just for St. Pats weekend or not)
Go down to River Street (there is an elevator on one of the streets) and stroll around there, great restaurants. and River Street Sweets (yum!)

Janice it sonds like a lot of fun!!! But I hear ya - going to the mall exhausts me sometimes

I've always used hotel pack n plays with my own sheet. Just make sure they have them.

I always brought the pack'n'play.

My cousins always rave about Gatlinburg in the winter. They have a terrific winter carnival.

I think it's great that he comes up with the ideas. Have a great time!
