Fast and easy weeknight meals..please help!
My DH is going food shopping tonight and asked me to make a list of stuff to buy. Where can I find a good website for quick and easy meals?
THANK YOU!
BTW I don't have a slow cooker

Tacos are the easiest throw together meal for me. I always keep the shells and stuff on hand for those days when I just need to throw something together

I would stick to things that can be prepped the night before and stuck in the oven to bake.
Chicken thighs with fennel, thyme, and roasted vegetables (sweet potato, onion, grape tomatos, broccoli, carrots)
Chicken stuffed with anything -- mozzerella and roasted red peppers; spinach & feta; broccoli & cheese, etc.
There is a recipe for a salsa meatloaf online that is easy to make too. Meat/Turkey meat, with some breadcrumbs, spices (when I make it again I'm going to use taco/fajita seasoning), salsa, & cheese.

Fast and easy weeknight meals..please help!
I like allrecipes.com because you search by ingredient and then sort by which recipes have the best ratings. There's also the reynolds site which has tons of recipes for the packet meals.
My own suggestions would be:
burgers (we do beef, turkey with buffalo sauce and blue cheese, sausage burgers)
homemade pizza
omelets
pasta with meat sauce or sausage
chili
baked chicken (with breading or a lemon sauce or salsa/taco seasoning/cheese)

Beef stir fry
Meat Loaf
London Broil
Pasta with sausage & Broccoli Rabe
