Fathers 2nd marriage gift ideas
My Father in-law, recently got remarried, but they are having a reception dinner later this month. My DH and I are trying to figure out a nice gift for them... They live out in Bayport and were thinking maybe something at Gurney's or something else
PLEASE we need ideas!!!

tickets to a show
weekend away - hotel and meals (mystic, gurnees, nyc, ac)
couples massage with matching monogramed robes and slippers
limo to winery and dinner

My mother got remarried last year and they couldn't go on a honeymoon. We all (my siblings and I, and her husbands kids) all chipped in and paid for a romantic weekend away in a nice hotel/resort. They loved it and were so appreciative.

When my Dad remarried, I got a bunch of people to chip in..his brothers & sisters, and my sister...we all chipped in $200 (this was 10 years ago)...and bought them a "weekend" in NYC..
1. tix to a show
2. 2 nights at the Marriott Marquis (Fri/Sat)
3. Limo to and from hotel
4. G/C to Carmine's for dinner one night
They had a great weekend and it was a great gift for the couple who had everything.
