What's on your menus?

So far this is what I am thinking. Nothing final yet. We have 10 adults and 3 kids and it is going to be an all day gathering!

Appetizers:

Cold Taco Dip
Spinach Dip
Clam or Crab dip
Brushetta

Main: (but will be cooked at throughout day!)

Marinated Flank Steaks
Hot Dogs
Burgers
BBQ Chicken

Sides:

Broccoli Slaw
Macaroni Salad
Tossed Salad
Grilled Veggies

Dessert:
Fruit Salsa
Possibly the Giant S'mores Cake
Sand Dessert
Mini strawberry cheesecakes

I'm not doing Father's Day this year (MIL is). But I am doing a graduation BBQ on Saturday! They wanted minimal grilling and lots of food pre-prepped. Here is the menu:

Appetizers and Noshies:
Freshly made pico de gallo and guacamole with taco chips
Crudite of raw veg with my ranch dressing
Potato chips with homemade French onion dip

Salads and Veg:
Tomato with Mozzarella & Basil
Corn Salad
German Potato Salad
5 Bean Salad
Grilled Veggies

Entrees:
Sausage & Peppers
Mexican Lasagna
Cheeseburger sliders
Tequila Lime Chicken
Ziti

Late Crew Noshes (after most guests are gone):
Marinated herbed lamb chops
Hot dogs

Deserts:
Fruit Pizza
Banana Split Cake
Cupcakes

Drinks:
Beer
Wine
Sangria
Champagne
Bottle of vodka and bottle of gin for the mixers in the bunch.
