Father's Day Ideas-I need help please!!!
I know I have a while but I am wracking my brain trying to think of something my grade level can do for Father's Day. We always do an elaborate Mother's Day Tea and we have been doing a Father's Day Regatta. It is pretty silly and I wanted to do a Father's Day "Tee" and make it golf themed but I don't know how we can incorporate golf into the event.
The regatta involved the fathers making boats with their child and then bringing them to school to race in a "tub" of water. It was just plain silly. So does anyone have any ideas of a golf type activity that we can do?
Forget about that fact that I dont think we should be having these events b/c there are so many kids that don't have their fathers around and stuff, they typically bring a grandfather or uncle if their dad isnt around. We have to do something every year, and I just don't want to sit there and watch grown men blow a styrofoam boat across a 2 ft. tub of water! 
Any ideas would be appreciated!!

in our school we do Donuts for Dads. The dads come in the morning to have donuts with their kids.

I thought tee---as in T SHIRT! LOL.... but here is an idea. Have the kids bring in white shirts ---under shirts---and they can write 3 or how ever many detail words on the shirt.

One year my sons class did t shirt making for dad and child then a baseball game.. it was fun..
