We got ours at Home Depot. They will cut the width for you so it fits your window.

If you do not need a custom size, then I will suggest jcp. I bought 4 (3 fairly large) for around 85.00 with coupons during a sale. I had to buy online to get the sizes I needed because the selection in store was limited.
