Fav easy pasta salad
Want to make a pasta salad before we go camping. I usually throw in tomatoes, peppers, olives, cucumbers, fresh mozzarella and Italian dressing.
Since it's for camping I'm afraid to put cheese in it just in case it's not as cold in the cooler.
Also, I am going to make a cucumber salad for the weekend so won't use cucumbers.
Anything easy I can throw in that will stay well camping?

Same recipe but use grated parmesean cheese instead maybe? I would think the salt in the cheese would keep it ok longer.

Tri colored pasta with grilled chicken and sundried tomatoes. Italian salad dressing. No cheese.

I like this spinach orzo salad. You could leave out the feta and af some extra salt or bring feta to add before you serve if it seems cold enough. http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/26301/spinach-and-orzo-salad/
