Re: Fave site for recipes or fave cookbook?
The Food Network has some great recipes and is easy to search. Kraft and Cambells also have recipes.
I have a Betty Crocker cookbook that I love. Some of the Racheal Ray cookbooks are good too. Although it always takes me longer than 30 minutes to make her stuff!

I second Kraftfoods.com
Food Network is good too, but sometimes not as easy. All Kraft recipes are simple to follow

Re: Fave site for recipes or fave cookbook?
Rachel Ray's magazine has lots of good, simple recipes. Most recipes have only a few ingredients, and they're usually all from scratch.
I don't know what her website is like, though.

Fannie Farmer Cookbook-has tons of basic recipes, I've learned a ton from this book.
FoodTV.com-I am addicted to food network and when I watch a show and see something I want to try, I print it out and put it in a binder.

I love the Kraft site too - and I love how you can save the recipes so you can easily access them again.

Re: Fave site for recipes or fave cookbook?
i also recommend kraftfoods.com... such a great sight for good, easy recipes. we just made a chicken pot pie off of there last night, and it was GREAT! theres even a free magazine you can sign up for, too! campbells soup website also has some great recipes... you can even pick the ingredients you have already and it gives you recipes with those ingredients. i also have a few of rachel ray's cookbooks and get her magazine. sometimes i can't tolerate her show, but her recipes are great- usually easy and come out good!

I love Rachael Ray's recipe!
I also have been using Epicurious.com a lot recently. Found lots of restaurant quality recipes that I can make at home, like Chicken Francaise and Chinese Boneless BBQ Pork.

Re: Fave site for recipes or fave cookbook?
cooks illustrated cookbooks are wonderful.. just follow their instructions to the letter and it comes out great every time
for online, other than subscibing to cooksillustrated.com, I like epicurious.com. I just go for the 5 star recipes and then do the recommended changes in the reviews....
