Re: Favorite BBQ recipes
We love to BBQ and we BBQ just about everything. Ribs- marinate them in Stub's sauce for about 24 hours (can get at pathmark) cook on medium then mix your favorite BBQ sauce with ducksauce (equal parts) and apply ONLY during the last 10 minutes of cooking. The marinated is spicy and the bbq/duck sauce is sweet. Great combo.
oh also to make great burgers: mix 1 package of onion dip mix with every 2 pounds of meat and a few squirts of your favorite BBQ sauce. these burgers are the greatest!!! (for extra onion flavor you can also dice up an red onion and add to the mix also)

Re: Favorite BBQ recipes
We have had a BBQ for one week and so far here's what we love:
London broil, marinated for a few hours in KC Masterpiece Garlic and Herb marinade
Chicken breasts, marinated in Lawry's Lemon Pepper marinade. (SOoooo Yummy)
Pork Spare ribs marinated in a Chinese spare rib sauce (same as the one they use at the chinese place) Really good on the BBQ!!

Re: Favorite BBQ recipes
We make guacamole to go on our burgers! We chop up about 3/4 of a red onion. Then we cut up cherry/grape tomatoes into halves or quarters. Then we chop up cilantro. We take 2 ripe avocado and cut them up then sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper on top and mix with a spoon. It is chunky but delicious!

Re: Favorite BBQ recipes
Chicken (boneless cutlets or pieces) with a little olive oil, sea salt, pepper, italian type seaonings (any dry spices that I havein the cabinet!!) then grill it!! My favorite thing to make on the BBQ because leftover chicken can be used to top a big salad for dinner the next night.... so that's 2 nites where my kitchen doesn't get hot from cooking!!!
