-Fresh mozzarella and tomato
-Salad with grilled chicken or shrimp
-Cold tortellini salad
-Assorted veggies with dip
-Wraps
-Any type of cold pasta salad with chicken strips
-Fruit salad

Favorite beach/pool meals/ snacks
I actually love picking up egg sandwiches on the way to the beach. That holds us for a while and then we snack on fruit, veggies and dip, and chips later. A cold pasta salad would be good too.

I agree with cold pasta salad, but DH's family turned me onto potato and egg heros. They wrap it up real good so it's nice and hot. It's their thing and it's delicious.

We do the cold pasta salad a lot. Or sometimes an antipasto salad. My grandma always made us either pepper and egg heros or sausage and pepper heros. Sometimes we'd do bagels and cream cheese, but thats if we go early.
