Favorite Eyeliner (Pencil)
I need a new pencil...I have been using Bloom for years, but it is just too hard to find nowadays...
Can you recommend your favorite pencil?
I am open to drugstore or "name" brands.

Right now I'm loving Mac's Kohl Power, but I always add shadow over it for staying power
