Favorite Hot Yoga - In Queens?!?
I went to Flex Hot Yoga (in Bayside on the service road to the LIE) and thought it was great - but I just want to try another one or two before committing to one place for all that money!!!

I do not do hot anything  , but I just signed up at Harmony in Whitestone because I've heard good things. I'm doing the regular yoga, but I know they have hot. A colleague of my DH teaches at Laughing Buddha in Bayside (Baybridge) and most of their schedule is hot yoga.

Thank you for the suggestions! The one in Whitestone is not far at all! I will have to check that one out
The one in Rockaway Beach - would be a bit if a hike! But thanks for the response!

Favorite Hot Yoga - In Queens?!?
I used to go to Laughing Buddha yoga in Bay Terrace/Bayside right off the Cross Island, but it looks like the ownership/name changed. But still might be worth checking out.
