Re: Favorite recipe using bananas?
Baked Bananas
· 1 medium ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise · 2 tsp honey or agave · cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and cut bananas in half. Arrange banana in an oven safe dish or on tinfoil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and honey. Cover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how soft you like them.

Re: Favorite recipe using bananas?
skinnytaste chocolate chip banana pancakes....I make this for my DD but sub the choco chips for blueberries and freeze a batch when I make them. I also find it helpful to freeze my bananas when I know I wont be using them so I can make banana bread or banana pancakes.

You can always freeze the bananas and use them later. Peel, then wrap in plastic wrap. I do this all the time with bananas that ripen before DH and I can eat them.
