Realtor.com Zillow is great for maps, days on the market, and price history. The Zestimates can be way off though.

I love Redfin.com.
You can follow the home and once it sells they list what type of mortgage (FHA, conventional, cash), the price difference from listing price to sell price as well as when the house was put on the market and when it went into contract. IMO this is all good stuff to keep an eye out on especially if you're looking in a specific area.

Realtor.com I felt was the most reliable as far as the information posted and the actual facts of the home.
Whenever I looked on Trulia or Zillow, I found that it was lacking information or that it was not updated and a lot of home we wanted to look at were already off the market. One on Trulia was off the market for an entire year and it was on there for sale!

Realtor.com because it shows new listed properties the quickest. I find that Zillow and trulia are usually a day or two behind.
I also like homesnap.com to show me the actual property lines of each house. I use that when I'm trying to determine if the yard will work for us.
