Are you in Suffolk?
Suffolk Best Buy Sell, Bayslist, and Bellport Brookhaven Yard Sale are some popular ones. Search them and then request to join. The administrator has to approve you. (I think you have to send a message to the Bayslist administrator to confirm you're over 18.)

ETA: you have to request to be added and then admin approves you within a few days, usually faster. you should get a notification when approved.
